UX/UI professional located in Indiana.

I’ve been creating websites and digital experiences for over 20 years. I started my career as a visual designer at a startup in the late ’90s, where I not only honed my craft but also learned what it really takes to build and grow a company. That early experience shaped how I approach design today — not just as something that looks good, but as something that supports business strategy and real people.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands like Intuit, Thermo Fisher, Verizon, Axos Bank, and a range of organizations across San Diego — from early-stage startups to global enterprises. Each experience has strengthened my belief that great design starts with listening.

I’m passionate about creating intuitive, thoughtful product designs and I thrive in collaborative, agile environments where designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders work together toward a shared goal. For me, the best outcomes happen when business objectives and user needs are aligned — and when teams feel connected to the purpose behind what they’re building.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner. I’m currently pursuing the Google UX Design Professional Certificate, deepening my understanding of AI, and exploring social media marketing. I have also dabbled in remodeling old homes. Most recently, I renovated a 1909 farmhouse—an experience that combined creativity, problem-solving, and respect for craftsmanship. For me, restoring history isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about preserving character, honoring original design, and bringing new life to something with a story.

In my spare time…

I enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. I tend to plan my vacations around historic locations, visiting animals, as well as finding the best (thai) food.
